The New Web Typography

Arial, Georgia, Palatino, Times New Roman, Tahoma, and Verdana. What do these typefaces have in common? If you guessed they’re some of the few that are supported by all Web browsers, then you were incorrect. Thanks to Kernest, a service built by Garrick Van Buren, Arial and company USED to be the only typefaces supported by all Web browsers.

Come see a walk-through of Kernest, which will allow Web designers to embed custom typefaces in Websites, with browser support, without the use of image files or Adobe Flash.
